Dr. Begüm Okur Şenkutlu completed her undergraduate education at Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry between 2006-2011. She started her doctoral-specialist education at Gazi University Faculty of Dentistry, Department of Oral and Maxillofacial Surgery in 2011, and completed her doctoral-specialization education in 2016 with the title of 'Oral and Maxillofacial Surgeon'.

She completed her doctoral thesis on the subject of 'Retrospective Analysis of Clinical and Radiographic Findings of Osteonectosis Patients Due to Medication Use'.

Since 2011, she continued her work as a General Dentist / Maxillofacial Surgeon in a private polyclinic and hospital throughout her specialization training. She worked as a specialist dentist at Ankara Kavaklıdere Bayındır Hospital between 2015 and 2018. Between 2018 and 2020, she continued to serve her patients as an Oral, Dental and Maxillofacial Surgeon in a private clinic in the Çayyolu region. As of May 2020, she continues to serve her patients in the Private Denthaus Oral and Dental Health Polyclinic.

She has participated in many domestic and international trainings, congresses, seminars, symposiums and fairs, especially in the field of Implantology, and continues to participate in domestic and international congresses with scientific written studies.
Her professional interests as well as all kinds of applications related to Maxillofacial Surgery, which is her area of expertise; Implant Treatments, All on Four Treatments, Jawbone Augmentations.

She is a member of the Turkish Dental Association (TDB) and the International Team for Implantology (ITI).
